[Vtigercrm-developers] user can't post ticket in portal

micker

Hello on vtiger 7.10 + last portal
when user try to create a ticket he have this message

LBL_DATABASE_QUERY_ERROR in a popup ... he can comment
when he try to close ..
Mandatory fields are missing,LBL_DATABASE_QUERY_ERROR.
Could you help me ?
=> writting rules is allow in portal > tickets

if create tickets for this user in vtiger it display in portal but can't reply
regards

HI

You may try by changing all mandatory fields of Ticket module to Non-mandatory. You can do this in  Ticket > Edit Fields

The error LBL_DATABASE_QUERY_ERROR means one or more tables in database corrupted.

Is there any modification done in crm? If no, Is it possible to create tickets from crm? If yes, it could be a vtiger bug.

As i say user can create ticket un backend and assign to final user . Tickets are display in portal but final user can reply too

No. It's not a bug.

That error is related to your instance and database.

You should enable database debugging. Try to create a ticket, then open vtigercrm.log and search for the word FAIL. That fail query explains that error.

Fix the query and the error will be gone.

Did you find a solution to this issue?

I've got the same error. If portal user tries to create a ticket, it's
generate an error message. When a new ticket is created, I have a workflow
that sends a text message, and the text message is triggered, but the ticket
isn't saved.

Tickets are created just fine, when created from the CRM.
