Update a Field (within ticket module) if Last Comment on ticket is from client portal / client user - vtiger 6.4

Hi All,

We'd like a field in the ticket (probably a checkbox) to be updated based on the last comment on the ticket.

so that :

-  if the last comment was from the client (via the portal) it ticks the checkbox,

or

- if the last comment was not from the client it unticks the checkbox.

The conditions should be easy because all comments on tickets from the portal come through as assigned to 'client user'

This would allow the ability to see quickly which tickets had not been responded to .

Currently, you have to go into each ticket to see who the last person was to comment.
